  • Startup Thesis : 3 to 30 : when you struck while coding, some times you may spend 30 minutes to solve that coding puzzle/problem.
  • once you solve that problem, when you encouter similar problem 2 nd time, you solve it in 10 minutes and you solve progressively in less time as you repetedly solved similar problems.
  • eventually you solve similar coding problme in 3 minutes, so you came from 30 minutes to 3 minutes.
  • so, when you stuck the FIRST TIME, what is if you find INSTANT mentor who can show solution( mentor spends 3 minutes of her own time to solve it), where you can understand by looking at the solution.

  • Jan-24-2022: CodeProject is based in Canada, it is kind of older version of Dev.to site .
  • CodeProject main strenght is Articles ( like Dev.to), but in a long old fashioned way, long articles, where as Dev.to sharp and to the point small aricles.
  • both CODEProject and Dev.to focus is articles/tutorials not QnA of a microproblem .
  • only CodeProject seems good popular site opearing from 2006 onwards, two people answered most questions . OriginalGriff, CPalini
  • When you see most people profiles ( who has highest points), their profile shows C#, .NET , ASP .Net etc.. so this SITE was predomintly Microsoft HEAVY shop at least historically till 2015
  • CPalini answers 8000 questions as his profile shows, I saw all questions going back to 2008 etc..
  • CodeProject Javascript Q-n-A 850 pages, 1200 QnA total going back to 2010
